Description of the training

As a manager or support professional, do you want to effectively support people? Would you like to learn coaching methods? Are you looking for quality training, but it doesn't matter what basis it is based on? Sign up for our Christian-based coaching and leadership training if it is important to you to help those who come to you in a value-driven way. From our experienced, internationally skilled instructors, you can acquire knowledge and a way of thinking that you can use the very next day. What will you learn?

During the training, we help you to be able to:
    • Regardless of the clients' religious beliefs, to effectively help them with life- and work-related problems, dilemmas, and blockages.
    • Lead efficiently, empathetically, and motivatingly in agreement with the employees/collaborators/volunteers in the business, civil organization, or church community you lead.
    • To lovingly and empathetically accompany those who are in a crisis of faith, stuck, or stagnating in Christian communities in the renewal of their faith.
    • Set goals in your business, church community, and civil organization based on biblical norms and values, and achieve them consciously and according to a plan.
    • At your place of work, in your service, take a constructive approach to problems and conflicts, and handle them in such a way that everyone can identify with the solution.
During the education, we primarily use the solution-focused brief coaching approach, but students also gain insight into the models of other schools.
Are you interested in the training, but would it be difficult to pay the cost? We offer the option of installment payments or look at the possibility of a training support scholarship! Consultations: BA and MA weekend (During the busy period, usually every second and fourth Friday or Saturday 08:30-17:40.). 8-9 sessions / semester x 5 double hours. (Depending on the number of applicants, one Friday and one Saturday group will start.) Due to the specific nature of the training, we can ONLY provide PART of the HYBRID education on this training.  

New for the class starting on September 1, 2026

After the common core material of the first semester, you can choose the topic of the second semester. Coaching-based leadership or theleadership of church organizations You can commit to the specialization that is most useful to you.

Admission requirements

The training can be based on a bachelor's or master's degree. The entrance requirements are examined during the admission interview and a decision is made there. At least 2 years of leadership experience (church or secular) OR proof of 2 years of pastoral care practice is also required.
