Level 1

1. a Kcoaching with a religious approach and management specialization furthertraining, the Christian approach coaching specialization of the Theological Master's course, and completion of the "life-of-faith" program of these trainings (completion of both semesters)
2. Three submitting the audio of a recorded coaching session (no later than Until December 1 following the academic year of the Level 31 program), which
   • At least 20 minutes, but no more than 40 minutes.
   • From a professional perspective, it is considered a coaching session, and the client has consented to the use of the audio for this purpose.
   • The name of the submitted files can be used to clarify the identity of the coach and the date of creation. The instructors give a written evaluation of the audio recordings.
3. Participation in two observed coaching sessions, where students in small groups of 3-5 people coach a peer live, to which the instructor present provides verbal feedback.
4. Completion of 10 hours of mentor coaching (of which 7 hours are group and 3 hours are individual mentor coaching)
5. Successful completion of the Level 1 exam

With this certificate, ACC certification can be obtained from the International Coaching Association (Level 1 route).

Level 2

1. Completion of both semesters of the Christian Perspective Coaching and Leadership, the Christian Perspective Coaching specialization of the Master of Theology, and the "credit-based" program of these courses,
2. Outside the sample curriculum, Level 2 education days completion (4 days).
3. Four submission of audio of the recorded coaching session (no later than until December 2 following the academic year of the Level 31 program), whichy
   • at least 20 minutes, but no more than 40 minutes.
   • From a professional perspective, it is considered a coaching session, and the client has consented to the use of the audio for this purpose.
   • The name of the submitted files can be used to clarify the identity of the coach and the date of creation.
   • The instructors give a written evaluation of the audio recordings
4. Completion of 10 hours of mentor coaching (of which 7 hours are group and 3 hours are individual mentor coaching)

With this certificate, you can obtain an ACC or PCC qualification from the International Coaching Association (Level 2 route).
