Level 1

1. a Kcoaching with a religious approach and management as well as the Business coach specialization furthertraining, the Christian approach coaching specialization of the Theological Master's course, and completion of the "life-of-faith" program of these trainings (completion of both semesters)
2. Three submitting the audio of a recorded coaching session (no later than Until December 1 following the academic year of the Level 31 program), which
   • At least 20 minutes, but no more than 40 minutes.
   • Based on professional considerations, it can be considered a coaching session, and the client has consented to the use of the audio material for this purpose.
   • The name of the submitted files can be used to clarify the identity of the coach and the date of creation. The instructors give a written evaluation of the audio recordings.
3. Participation in two observed coaching sessions, where students in small groups of 3-5 people coach a partner live, to which the instructor gives verbal feedback.
4. Completion of 10 hours of mentor coaching (of which 7 hours are group and 3 hours are individual mentor coaching)
5. Successful completion of the Level 1 exam

With this certificate, ACC certification can be obtained from the International Coaching Association (Level 1 route).

Level 2

1. Completion of both semesters of the Christian coaching and management, the Business coach specialized further training, the Christian coaching specialization of the Master of Theology, and the "life of faith" program of these courses,
2. Outside the sample curriculum, Level 2 education days completion (4 days).
3. Four submitting the audio of a recorded coaching session (at the latest until December 2 following the academic year of the Level 31 program), whichy
   • at least 20 minutes, but no more than 40 minutes.
   • Based on professional considerations, it can be considered a coaching session, and the client has consented to the use of the audio material for this purpose.
   • The name of the submitted files can be used to clarify the identity of the coach and the date of creation.
   • The instructors give a written evaluation of the audio recordings
