I am the founder of the Coaching Department at PTF. I am proud to work with excellent course managers and teaching colleagues, most of whom were our students at one time or another. With Móni Göntér (my permanent accomplice in coaching education), we are very happy that you are interested in one of our courses, especially if you are already (or were) a student of PTF!
Below you will find a lot of information about me, professional results and studies. It is also related to the fact that, as a college associate professor, I have accompanied the development of about three hundred coach graduates so far (Business coach and Christian coaching and leadership training are two unique courses in Hungary that are both recognized by the Hungarian state, but also accredited by the ICF and the EMCC – we are very proud of that!). I am a guest instructor at several other universities and accredited coaching courses, and in recent years I have given many lectures at international and national professional conferences.
Within the narrower profession, I also work a lot as a certification "examiner" for the largest international professional organization, so I am also an ICF ACC, PCC and MCC assessor in English, French and Hungarian + registered mentor coach and qualified coach supervisor. And I work quite a lot outside of PTF: primarily with business leaders, church leaders, as a trainer and team coach, and with organizations of many different profiles.
What is not professional: with my wife, Hajnalka, and our daughter, Berta, we live in Wekerletelep, we go a lot to the RSD (Ráckevei-Soroksári Danube) for walks, sometimes rowing, swimming and bird watching. We especially like kingfishers, sparrowhawks, newly hatched starlings and moorhens. I prefer to read non-coaching literature, but fiction, and I really like rock music rooted in the counterculture, as well as the alternative music world of the 1980s.
I heard the gospel for the first time in the Free Christian Church in Budapest, and I served in that community for a long time. I am convinced that there is no simpler, but at the same time more complicated, challenging life than following Jesus, nor one that could give greater comfort and peace to the soul. My heart is the development of the church, the support of leaders, the formation of the internal, organizational culture into a Christ-like one. Recently, he has been particularly interested in how to combine processing the past with spiritual development, how to "manage", release and override the "drivers" in the destiny book with a Jesus-like approach.
