Introduction

I have more than 20 years of business management experience in commercial and real estate development. I have been engaged in executive coaching and the "humanizing workplaces" program for 9 years. Previously, as the president of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) in Hungary, and currently as its ambassador, I represent and support the quality assurance, accreditation and development of the coaching and mentoring profession in Hungary, as well as the development of coach and management competencies, and I mentor coaches in their professional development.

My professional creed

For me, coaching/mentoring is a supportive profession, with which I promote the personal development and fulfillment of my clients, surpass themselves, find the way to their goals, break down their limiting barriers, explore their inner resources, liberate them and translate them into action. The goal of the coaching process is to achieve real effects in the client's life that improve their quality of life, reduce their stress level, increase their own responsibility, problem-solving and cooperation skills, raise their motivation level, strengthen their decision-making and leadership skills, release their creativity and create a lasting work-life balance. I carry out my coaching activities in accordance with the ethical guidelines of the international coaching organizations (EMCC, ICF) in accordance with the common interests of the client and the commissioning organization.

What can I offer

A coaching/mentoring I can support you in uncovering, getting to know and becoming aware of your internal barriers and limiting beliefs behind your problems and challenges, and then freeing up your own resources, with the help of which you can freely plan your path towards your personal and professional fulfillment, so that in addition to increasing your performance, you will also improve your leadership competencies. you move to higher and higher levels.

We design the coaching/mentoring process within a professional framework, transparently and in a partnership relationship according to your needs and expectations and precisely define the way to measure effectiveness. During the sessions, you can get to know and try out a wide range of coaching techniques and together we will choose the best methods for achieving your current goal. We constantly monitor and analyze progress and development.

A my trainings on the occasion of this, I place the greatest emphasis on the successful and confident practical acquisition of the imparted knowledge ("applicable knowledge"). The successful application of theoretical methods in a real situation presents different difficulties for everyone, so during my trainings you can count on me to present you with tasks and challenges individually tailored to you and to constantly make you aware of the current steps necessary for your development with direct feedback. During the trainings, I bring to the surface the operational dynamics of the team and the unconscious games between team members, so that you can jointly rewrite the rules of the game for successful cooperation.
