I teach time management in the Christian coaching and leadership specialization, Training tools and online training in the future Christian trainer and teamcoach specialization, as well as various optional subjects from time to time, such as MBTI personality types and Growth mindset. I came to the development profession from the direction of economics, gained a decade and a half of foreign trade experience at a Japanese multinational, before completing the PTF coach training in the first year. I obtained a trainer qualification in 2022 and an organizational development qualification in 2024. I am very attracted to gamification and the inclusion of visual aids in education and content delivery, I like visual note-taking. At PTF during the epidemic period, I performed the duties of the coordinator of the Coaching department for two years, and from the beginning I managed the international accreditation matters of the major (ICF and EMCC).
