Leadership challenges in the management of church organizations

For church leaders who want to perform their management tasks professionally. In addition to teaching management skills, we create a forum for you to meet other leaders with similar values, and to learn from each other by discussing practical and life-like issues. "Together on the path of steadfast leadership."

Description of the training

The purpose of the training is to help church and church-institution leaders in the performance of their tasks related to management by providing them with knowledge about the management of ecclesiastical legal entities for management challenges. By learning the special financial, accounting, and taxation rules for general and ecclesiastical legal entities, the participants will be able to prepare the budget of the church/institution in accordance with the relevant rules, interpret its report, and prepare for maintenance and external audits.
