Mentor coach and coach supervisor

Support of practicing coaches with profession-specific mentoring and supervision

Description of the training

The purpose of the training is to train professionals who are able to support other support professionals, primarily coaches, in their professional development with mentoring and supervision. In the past decade, many coaches have entered the field through various coaching courses. It has become justified to start a training course that can support coaches in profession-specific mentoring and supervision. The aim of the training is to make the coaching ecosystem healthier and to create a culture of mentoring and supervision. That is why the training is aimed at professionals already experienced in coaching, who will professionally support their colleagues with mentoring and supervision interventions.

I am applying for the training.
