Introduction

My psychodrama group work started 30 years ago, I went to Hungarian school, became a training psychodrama leader and supervisor, and I continuously lead self-knowledge and training groups. I was extremely lucky to learn from a Moreno student, Max Clayton, for 22 years. I combined the approach and methodology of psychodrama with solution-oriented coaching, and this is how the genre of action-oriented coaching was born.

In 2014, I founded the Watson Coach School, in which I teach action-oriented group coaching and team coaching leadership, the eighth grade begins its studies.

With the Watson Coach School, it has become my mission to bring coaching closer to people. Let's provide a time-group-space on Watson days and Watson Open evenings where anyone can work on their topics and questions in a safe environment, with the help of an expert coach and the strengthening of a support group. This program is very successful.

Professional credibility, quality work and presence are important to me. That is why I joined the work of the largest international coach organization, the ICF (International Coach Federation).

I accredited myself, I became one of the first MCC-level coaches in my country (Master Certified Coach). In 2016, he was elected Vice-President of the ICF Hungarian Section, and I have been happy to continue this voluntary work ever since.

I have over 5000 hours of personal coaching, over 4000 hours of group and team coaching, and over 2000 hours of coaching training over the past 20 years. Important numbers, experiences, experiences.

I like to support people and groups, I respect their efforts, their dedication and their desire to improve. I like to tune them to their own strengths, their own developmental role, and their self-esteem. I consider it my important task to enable them to renew their faith, their resources, and their repertoire of solutions.

I believe in action.
