How do I work as a coach/trainer?

I provide coaching, team coaching and supervision, as well as self-awareness and conflict management trainings for different professional groups. During my almost thirty years of professional work, I have dealt with all ages. I have coached individuals, management teams, managers and subordinates alike.

The focus of my work is organizational life and the permanent behavioral change that can be achieved there. I strive to make the participants more successful in both their professional and personal lives.
