Since then, as a coach, I have been trying to help my clients find their own best solutions by themselves. For this, I "use" language and my entire human presence. For me, solution focus is not a trend within coaching, but rather a kind of attention that helps to notice and work with the resources, desires and abilities that can be used to build the client's desired future.

From September 2023, I will be involved in the professional work at PTF as an instructor.

As an adult convert, the peculiar situation developed in my life was that I became a coach before I became a Christian again. Since then, in my coaching work, I have been looking for how Christ's love can be authentically manifested in it. It is an eternal and joyful search, for which PTF provides an excellent home as a committed Christian institution.

In addition to coaching, I also work as a religious teacher at the Veresegyházi Catholic High School, where I research the potential of coaching in religious education. For example: how can we support the creation of an atmosphere in which we are more likely to notice God's presence and activity in our lives together?

In my university classes, I try to work in partnership with the students, helping them to find in themselves the coach and support specialist who can only be one of them...

In addition to work, family fills my everyday life. With my wife, Marina and my children: Kende, Csengé and Bulcsú, we live in Ófalu in Békásmegyer, where a komondor also watches over our dreams.

Experiences related to coaching:

From 2008, as a coach, he led the youth group of the Hungarian-Japan Kendo Club, and from 2018, as the president and head coach of the Hara Kendo Club, he supported the coaching of youth and adult athletes, who currently form the backbone of the Hungarian National Kendo Team. In 2016, as a coach, I supported the national team in a coaching approach at the European Championship.
Between 2019-2022, the creation, implementation and operation of a nationwide coaching program at Takarékbank
- Professional management and mentoring of a 10-person coach pool
- 300+ coaching processes, own management of almost 150 processes, maximum 5 sessions/process each

From 2023, within the framework of projects financed by the Óbuda-Békásmegyer Municipality, coaching support for disadvantaged young people in temporary homes for children in the district
From September, I support the institutional leaders of the Váci Diocese (EKIF) as a coach
