Introduction

I was born in 1976, I am married and the father of three children. I started my career as a business computer scientist. I completed my studies in theology, training and management studies, including doctoral school, at Columbia International University, where I obtained an MA diploma in 2010 and a scientific degree (PhD) in 2022. My main area of ​​research is the possibilities of character development for leaders. I work in the competition sector at the headquarters of an international bank. In addition to my job, I help people in senior positions advance as a mentor, and I give lectures all over Europe. I teach at PTF from the 2020/21 academic year, mainly in the field of management science.
