In the 1980s, I started to deal with psychology and psychopedagogy, to participate in self-awareness work. For five years, I participated in a person-centered group (related to the name of Carl Rogers), later group-analytically oriented, and learned group management. Then I applied for the 3-year psychotherapy training of the National Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology, where we learned family therapy in addition to individual therapy and psychopathology.

After that, I completed studies in grief processing, logotherapy, pastoral psychology, and drawing analysis. I developed my knowledge in the field of therapeutic work with families and couples in the MA course in Mental Health Family Science and Family Therapy at Semmelweis University. Professionally, I consider myself mostly a family science specialist with a pastoral psychology-logotherapy approach.

About my work at PTF:
In 2016, PTF commissioned Viktor E. Frankl to teach the theory and practice of logotherapy and existential analysis in the pastoral psychology training. In 2022, I will teach the subject in the seventh academic year.

I am currently a student at the Doctoral School of the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Pécs. After Sue Johnson's 2016 basic training in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFT) and the related relationship training (HMT) group leader training, we announced the subject Created for Relationship as optional. The presentation of the method was the first in Hungary to be included in the topic of marriage care at the PTF.

From the fall of 2019, I became the head of training for the newly-launched specialist training for child and youth protection consultants. For four years, I led the training with great love and joy, our students love the familiar, safe atmosphere and the personalized attention. The topics of our subjects are updated every year based on the latest literature and legislation. I teach psychological subjects related to child protection.

In 2021, our new training started again, the MA in Theology with specialization in family counseling, as well as further training in specialization in Family counseling/family therapy, which is a long-standing desire of our department of pastoral psychology. My main subjects are Family Life Cycles, Couple Counselling, Special Families Consultation.
