I was born in Nagyvárad in 1966 as a child of a Baptist family.
I was converted in 1980 in the Hungarian Baptist Church in Nagyvárad.
I met my late husband, László Fortinné, in 1985, after which we got married in 1986. As his spouse, I moved to Budapest and began my service with him in several rural churches. As a pastor's wife, I conducted women's sessions, children's Bible circles, youth sessions, Bible classes, as well as pastoral care and family care services. I was filled with the Holy Spirit in 1989.
We had four children: Edina, László, Johanna and Naomi. In the family business and in church service, my late husband and I served together for the glory of the Lord until 2004. We were able to fulfill God's wonderful commission together in the gypsy mission, in church planting, and we lived blessed times together. Surrendering to God's call, I began my theological studies in 2003 at the Pentecostal College of Theology, which I finished in 2009.
In 2004, my late husband died tragically suddenly. As a widow, I continued our shared services with four children, at that time we belonged to the Agapé Congregation in Pestszentlőrinczi.
In 2004-2005, God put me in many painful but fruitful crisis situations. During the difficult period, I was able to experience his special restoring, strengthening grace and love. I could recognize the direction he was sending me.
In 2006, I met my husband Dr. In my marriage with Ferenc Együd, in addition to my own four children, I had two more sons, Zsolti and Norbit. We started our life together with six children, and in 2007 our common child Ruben was born. The big patchwork family means many challenges and joys for us.
I graduated from the PTF in 2009, where I joined the pastoral psychology workshop, the teaching team of the initial training, from July.
In 2013, I graduated as a pastoral counselor at the Reformed University of Debrecen.
Six of our children from the extended family are married, so our small family now consists of three people. We have six beautiful grandchildren: Dávidka (6 years old), Benett (5 years old), Elza (3 years old), Dani and Gréti (2 months old), Lora (9 months old) ...
Together with my family, we are active members of the Pentecostal Carmelite Congregation in Péceli. I have a busy and very exciting life, I have a ministry due to God's grace. Primarily, I consider myself a full-time mother, grandmother, and full-time servant of God. In my spare time, I really like taking care of my grandchildren, cooking, cleaning, gardening and relaxing.
