Introduction

He is an electrical engineer and engineering teacher, has a PhD in management and organizational sciences, and a habilitated doctorate in theology. Between 1987 and 1993, he worked in Germany as a software developer and project manager, after which he held various senior management positions at KPMG until 2014.

Professor emeritus, head of the Department of Management at the Pentecostal College of Theology; management mentor and moderator of workshops. Member of the Knowledge Management Working Committee of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences and the Hungarian Academy of Engineering, honorary member of the National Association of Managers. He is a member of the Keresztyén Association of Managers and Businessmen (a member organization of CBMC International and Europartners), and was its president between 1994-2004. He gave many lectures, wrote articles and books about the relationship between the Bible and leadership. Presbyter of the Reformed Church in Pesthidegkút.

He is married, his wife is an architect, they have three adult children and three grandchildren.
