If leadership means influence, then influencers are leaders. Or not? And if it is, at least on some level, then we should ask the question, what can we learn as leaders from the influencers who sometimes move a huge target group and sometimes work with enviable efficiency. Another phenomenon that appears in the title also affects many areas hyping, which may also affect the operation of the driver. If the artificial intelligence can answer everything and outline solutions to even the most complex questions within seconds, then the drivers can safely switch to autopilot mode, because the AI takes the burden of driving off their shoulders. Or not? And if so, to what extent is it acceptable and when does it become dangerous? This year's management conference of the PTF aims to provide help in navigating these issues - for organizational leaders, ministers among Christian youth, as well as educators, teachers and professors.
