Some aspects of Protestant pastoral training and service in Transylvania
"If we don't find you naked even when you're dressed!" (2 Cor 5, 3)
It is a common view in Transylvanian Protestant circles that pastors have a multi-functional role in their community. Such and similar auxiliary services—views often supported by scriptural authority—are not as innocent as they appear. In the image and likeness of whom and what do we lead, shape our communities, and train our helpers? A large-scale underestimation or overestimation of our abilities affects the professionalism and work performance of the service provider. What are our strengths? What are the blind spots?

The unity of the universe, the construction of reality and the illusion of objectivity?
"If you remain in me and my teaching remains in you, then whatever you want, ask and you will receive it." (John 15:7)
The starting point of my research is (mainly supplicant) prayer, and in this context, the connection of man to God and reality. In this connection, I will cover three main topics: the unity of the universe, the nature and construction of reality, and questions of objectivity. The multidisciplinarity and integrity belonging to the self-definition of pastoral psychology appears in the meeting of quantum physics, pastoral psychology, theology, philosophy, psychology and systems approach in relation to these three topics. In an indirect way, I would like to draw attention to the importance of multiperspectivity and integrity.

The relevance of the challenges to child protection
The public education institution system is faced with a great challenge by the appearance and increasing frequency of school bullying. In addition, the child welfare detection and signaling system is also increasingly tasked with these cases. From 2018, new child protection specialists, school and kindergarten social workers, will be active in the institutions. In our presentation, on the one hand, we are looking for answers to what opportunities professionals working in different fields have for helpful cooperation, and on the other hand, we are pointing out the relevant aspects of children's vulnerability issues.
