In the spring of 2021, in cooperation with the Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, the Reformed Teacher Training and Music Faculty, the I. and then the II. in June 2023 could be held. International Pastoral Psychology Student Conference, which was already joined by students of the Sárospatak Reformed Theological University (then known as the Sárospatak Reformed Theological Academy), and its standards were raised by domestic and foreign instructors. In 2024, this series of events reached another milestone, as we created the opportunity for all three specialties of our department, as well as the students of the Sárospatak Reformed Theological University, to use their inherent talent under the title "What definitely affects..." - Student research works on the fields of pastoral psychology, child and youth protection, family counseling to show.

One of the priority tasks of the College at all times is talent management, i.e. the management of talented students. We can embark on an exciting journey of discovery if we continue to savor this term, which journey hides the richness and diversity of the goals and aspirations of the "caregivers" and the work that supports their realization. In our Department of Pastoral Psychology, we would like to highlight the 'talented care of the student' from this wealth - the need for lifelong learning certainly applies to us in this regard as well.
