I completed basic, advanced pastoral care and supervisory training in pastoral psychology in the training system of the German Society for Pastoral Psychology. For nearly twenty years, I led the Gyökössy Endre Institute for Pastoral Care and Supervision (later Service), I held basic and advanced pastoral care and supervisory courses for pastors, as well as advanced training for those working in church institutions, education, and diaconate. In addition to leading the Institute, I was the head of the Reformed Marriage and Family Support Service for ten years, during which time I trained in marriage and family therapy, contextual pastoral care, and emotion-focused therapy.

In addition to training, personal assistance, spiritual care for individuals, couples, families, and supervision of pastors have always been important in my life. In my teaching work, I have been and am a lecturer and practical training leader in specialized spiritual care training courses at several higher education institutions. I retired in September 2024, but I continue to work actively in the aforementioned areas.
