I am a psychopedagogue, supervisor, family consultant, and logotherapy and existential analysis consultant. PálI started my career as a lawyer, then my path led me to the field of organizational and leadership development, and I currently work in human development, training, career counseling, and burnout prevention.
As a family counselor, I explore the complexities of relationship and family situations with my clients. A systems approach helps us see both the deficits that cause difficulties and the available resources, the weaknesses that hold us back and the forces that promote development. I support those who come to me in recognizing that they always have the freedom to shape their own attitudes and relationships, even in the midst of the greatest challenges.
My work is based on a systems approach and existential thinking: I believe that the key to human development lies in recognizing values and finding meaning. This gives direction, support, and hope in both personal and professional life journeys.
As a lecturer at the PTF, I accompany students in the "Supervision and Case Processing" course in deepening their professional identity and reflective thinking, as well as in developing their practical helper tools.
