Solution focus and search for meaning in the treatment of school bullying - experiences with a high school class

Éva Vitos' report I am a first-year CSK SZT student, Farkas Júlia is my teacher. In our class last week, I mentioned to Júlia my practical experience gained from their joint book (Solution Focus and Meaning in the Management of School Bullying) and Júlia asked me to share this in writing, we only talked about it a few words in class. I work with adolescents with a coach and psychological assistant qualification and the opportunity arose to go to a ninth-grade high school class, shake up the cliquey, divisive community there a little, and look at what the problem might be. I read their book with great enthusiasm, which went quickly because it was easy to read and digest. I thought that at the end I would put together a topic for the planned meeting from what I had learned.

Budapest was chosen as the temporary location of the international Christian conference (Christian Leadership Conference), which is now being organized for the seventh time. The conference, scheduled for September 2024-4, 6, is organized by the Gesellschaft für Bildung und Forschung in Europa (GBFE), the Károli Gáspár University (KRE), the Pünkösdi Teológiai Főiskola (PTF) and the Association of Christian Leaders and Businessmen (KEVE). The event is titled “Leaders between role model and idol” and will be hosted by Károli University, on its recently renovated campus. The study volume Ad fontes was published

The content of the volume deals with a philosophical apologetic theme, in addition to numerous biblical topics. The history of the Bible's origin and its historical and religious background are topics that do not really excite even the majority of preachers and theologians. Within this, the Greek translation of the Old Testament, the Septuagint, is also dealt with by quite few people. Perhaps this is because we feel distant from these topics or do not see their relevance. However, it is time for us to recognize that they have enormous significance. If the Torah is not translated into Greek, the mediating language of the New Testament era, then the Christian mission will probably never be realized. If there was no Greek Torah, they could not have been created.

Cooperation framework agreement between PTF and Continental Theological Seminary

PTF continues to expand cooperation with other institutions and organizations. On January 2024, 31, Dr. Paul Gracza a Pünkösdi Teológiai Főiskola and Dr. Joseph Dimitrov, rector of the Continental Theological Seminary (CTS) signed a framework agreement. CTS is an accredited, state-recognized Pentecostal higher education institution in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, Belgium. Its students come from European and African countries and study in English and French. The teachers also come from different countries. Sint-Pieters-Leeuw is located only 14 kilometers from Brussels. The framework agreement signed by PTF and CTS includes, among other things, a short-term exchange program for teachers and the implementation of joint research projects. Cooperation framework agreement with the National Gypsy Mission

On January 2024, 16, a framework agreement was concluded with Pünkösdi Teológiai Főiskola and the National Gypsy Mission of the Hungarian Pentecostal Church. Paul Gracza The Rector and the Head of Mission of OCM, Albert Durkó, signed the agreement. The parties agreed that OCM would provide mentoring assistance to the Roma students of PTF, and the college would continue to launch Roma studies courses and training. The parties expressed that they consider this to be the initial step of cooperation and are ready to support each other's mission. Makovei János(1939-2023) we remember

Makovei János and his wife served for nine years as a pastor in the Élim Pentecostal Church in Békés. After that, at the firm call of the Lord, they spent more than four years in the First Love Hungarian Pentecostal Church in Toronto. After their return, Attila Fábián, the then president of the Pentecostal Community, invited him to participate in the work of the PTF. Makovei János and his wife, Marika, worked conscientiously at the Pentecostal Theological College from January 1997 to June 2001. Makovei János he was the deputy general director and economic director of the institution. He performed organizational, operational, personnel, economic and financial tasks.
