The aim of the program is to expand the methodological repertoire of child protection professionals for dealing with bullying cases at school. The training program introduces the application of a solution-focused approach to the prevention and treatment of bullying at school, which aims to acquire an approach that focuses on finding resources and solutions. In addition, the training also introduces a deeper, person-centered approach to bullying at school with logotherapy.
The curriculum is practically focused and includes, among other things, podcast discussions with experts, concrete, immediately applicable practical tools, case studies, seven interactive lesson plans for prevention, and guidelines for signaling system protocols.

II. A solution-focused approach to preventing and treating school bullying
The module discusses the principles of a solution-focused approach and toolkit and presents concrete, immediately applicable practical tools and case studies for creating a friendly, safe and supportive school climate.
III. Fighting school bullying with logotherapy
The aim of this module is to present a deeper, person-centered approach that builds on the search for meaning and human values rather than merely treating symptoms. This section also includes a real-life case study, focusing on the power of teamwork and the practical application of logotherapy principles in a case discussion group, as well as exercises that show examples of a logotherapy approach to bullying.

This module offers seven interactive lesson plans for preventing bullying in schools, based on the principles of a solution-focused approach.
VI. Structure of the signaling system – guidelines for making signals
This unit provides an insight into the provisions of the Child Protection Act and relevant protocols.
VII. Completion of further training, completion of evaluation and feedback questionnaire
Type: social professional further training, including optional further training.
Points available: 14 further training points.
Location: e-learning.
Period: 12 hours, which can be completed in 2 weeks. Courses are available from the 10th of the given month, for a maximum of 2 weeks for a given group.
Participation fee: 12,000 HUF. Payment must be made immediately after ordering, by credit card.

Who do we recommend? The target group of the program: professional workers, middle managers, senior managers, consultants. The groups of beneficiaries directly affected by the program include: family and child welfare services and centers, school/kindergarten social workers, children's homes, and foster parent networks.
The program starts every month, you can apply for the groups until the first of the month, and they start on the 10th of that month.
